Corporate services

Vehicle sourcing, purchase support, inland logistics, export preparation, storage, container loading and ocean freight — coordinated as one commercial relationship.

01 — Canadian market access

Vehicle sourcing & purchasing

Northcrest assists clients in identifying suitable vehicles in the Canadian market through dealer inventory, wholesale opportunities and auction-based channels where access is available through appropriately authorized parties. Every search begins with the client’s intended use, budget and specification requirements.

Typical sourcing criteria

  • Make, model, trim, body style and preferred features
  • Model year, maximum vehicle age and mileage range
  • Budget, including inland transport and export logistics
  • Drivetrain, fuel type, transmission, safety and technology
  • Condition and intended use: personal, executive, fleet, commercial or institutional

Purchase support & due diligence

Before commitment, Northcrest organizes available listing and transaction information such as VIN details, title or status information, disclosed damage, photographs, mileage and seller-provided condition information. When a client requires additional assurance, a third-party inspection or verification can be coordinated separately. Vehicle history, warranties and seller disclosures vary by transaction and are represented only to the extent supported by available documentation.

02 — From purchase to export

Ground transportation & export preparation

Once a vehicle is purchased and released, Northcrest coordinates inland movement from the seller, dealership, auction facility or approved pickup point to the designated staging, storage or export facility. Pricing and timing depend on distance, vehicle size, operability, carrier availability, weather and receiving-facility requirements.

Export readiness

  1. Confirm seller release requirements and pickup authorization.
  2. Dispatch suitable transport for running or non-running vehicles.
  3. Record arrival at the staging or storage facility.
  4. Confirm vehicle identity and available ownership or shipping documentation.
  5. Coordinate loading instructions and information required by freight or customs providers.

Status updates are organized around key milestones: purchase confirmation, release, pickup, facility arrival, loading readiness, shipment confirmation and document availability.

03 — Secure staging

Storage, consolidation & container loading

International vehicle shipments often require staging between inland pickup and vessel departure. Northcrest can coordinate temporary storage through suitable third-party facilities while documentation, consolidation and loading arrangements are completed. Storage conditions and charges depend on the facility and duration.

For containerized export, vehicles are positioned and secured according to the loading facility’s safety procedures and the practical configuration of the shipment. Where commercially suitable, multiple compatible vehicles can be consolidated to improve shipping efficiency.

Permitted auto parts or related goods may be included when accepted by the carrier, loading facility and destination rules. Restricted, undeclared or non-compliant cargo is not accepted.

Loading control points

Vehicle identity • container assignment • cargo declaration • securing method • loading record • shipping instructions • document hand-off

04 — International markets

Ocean freight & shipping

Northcrest coordinates ocean-freight arrangements through qualified freight forwarders, terminals, loading facilities and ocean carriers appropriate to the shipment. The objective is to match the vehicle with a practical routing, shipping method and sailing schedule while keeping the client informed of documentation and payment milestones.

Shipping solutions

  • Containerized shipping for one or multiple vehicles
  • Full Container Load (FCL) where volume justifies it
  • Consolidated arrangements for compatible shipments
  • Alternative freight solutions where suitable

Documentation & schedules

Typical files may include proof of ownership or title, purchase invoice, shipping instructions, bill of lading information and export or customs documentation prepared by the responsible provider. Sailing dates and transit times remain estimates until confirmed by the carrier.

05 — Individual • bank • corporate • government

Canada–Ghana vehicle supply

Ghana is a key market in Northcrest’s vehicle-export strategy. Our service model supports both individual purchases and structured programs for organizations that need defined specifications, consistent procurement procedures and documented transaction milestones.

Bank & corporate staff programs

Programs can define approved vehicle categories, maximum age, target budget bands, payment milestones, sourcing criteria, shipment responsibilities and delivery expectations.

Government & institutional supply

For institutions and fleet customers, Northcrest can plan sourcing around quantity, vehicle class, model-year limits, intended duty cycle and required features. Multi-unit procurement can be phased to balance availability, specification consistency, cash flow and shipping efficiency.

Vehicles up to three years old

For clients seeking newer used vehicles, Northcrest can prioritize units within an approximately three-year model-age range, subject to availability and client policy — especially suitable for executive, institutional and staff programs.
